Designing and managing Aruba’s presence at BETT

Aruba looked to Sledge to design and manage its presence at BETT, by creating a visually appealing and functional stand that would showcase its educational product offerings, and facilitate organic conversation and networking.

  • Developed a series of unique graphic concepts, which reflected Aruba’s new brand guidelines.
  • These were designed to complement its presence at the renowned education technology exhibition in London, and resonate with this particular audience.
  • Produced all elements of the physical stand in situ, and managed all stakeholder relations to ensure a seamless build.
  • The space was open and inviting, brought the new brand guidelines to life, and featured several product displays and screens, which were highlighted by LED light strips.
  • Sourced branded merchandise and uniforms, with a focus on environmentally friendly solutions, whereby all products could be re-used.
  • Uploaded marketing materials to the stand’s various iPads, for passers-by to access and view with ease.
    Managed the stand across three days, and provided team members with technology and other support throughout.
