Robin Fawcett

CEO & Founder

A highly experienced leader and industry professional, Robin founded Sledge in 1991, making us one of the longest-standing, privately owned agencies in the space.

He plays an integral role in developing and nurturing our forward strategy, devising initiatives that ensure ongoing growth and advancement of the agency. A passionate mentor, he also encourages and develops the careers of Sledge team members.

Robin is a keen volunteer, and leverages his highly sought after expertise for the greater good, currently supporting organisations including Age UK and Foodbank. These values are woven throughout our approach at Sledge, with volunteering efforts a core part of our CSR strategy.

Sarah Yeats

MD & Director of Strategy

Sarah is an experienced event professional and agency leader. Throughout her 22+ year career she has supported globally renowned brands in sectors such as automotive, financial, retail, telecommunications and technology, to deliver award-winning experiences throughout the globe.

Sarah’s project work and versatility is expansive, and includes exclusive VIP dinners through to large, high-profile conferences for thousands of attendees, in locations ranging from iconic beaches and rooftops, to renowned stadiums.

In her role at Sledge, Sarah oversees the day-to-day operation of the agency, in line with its core DNA of people, planet and entrusted growth, develops key accounts, and provides strategic and creative planning on client projects.

Outside of her work managing Sledge, Sarah champions the event industry and connects with event professionals to share ideas and creative best practice, via speaking at and attending industry events, awards judging, and sharing her insights and learnings with the media.

Becca Shanks

Creative Services Director

With her keen eye for design, innate sense of curiosity, and passion for doing good through her work, Becca possesses the unique ability to curate both meaningful and purpose-driven creative concepts for globally renowned brands.

Highly analytical, she also ensures these concepts are supported by a robust strategy, and reflect each and every one of our clients’ unique goals.

Becca oversees the creative concepting process across all projects, and, leaning on her 12+ years of industry experience, leads our project team so that they are brought to life with impact, through the delivery of award-winning event and content experiences.

A true team player and one of Sledge’s longest standing employees, Becca plays a key role in enhancing our internal culture and operations, ensuring the agency is a positive place to work, and that we continue to work towards our sustainability vision, goals and roadmap.

Laura Chalcraft

Operations Director

Having worked within the event industry for over 10 years, Laura brings a wealth of experience to our clients’ projects, from briefing through to execution.

An esteemed event producer with a strong operational background, Laura first joined Sledge in 2017, where she played a pivotal role in bringing projects to life for organisations across the globe.

Laura returned to the agency in 2023 following several years in Hong Kong, where she designed and delivered in-person and virtual experiences for leading brands throughout the APAC region, including press events for the luxury retail sector, product launches, and engagement activations.

As Operations Director, Laura manages the project team. She ensures the smooth planning and management of events and activations for Sledge's clients, and will always ask the 'why?' resulting in the delivery of awe-inspiring experiences, which champion creativity, and prioritise people and the planet.

Ben Heaysman

Head of Film & Content

A technical and creative filmmaker, Ben creates compelling content with a strong narrative at its core, complemented by bold visuals that enhance the story, immerse and enthral audiences, and compel them to act.

This is thanks to his methodical approach to film production and ability to not only ideate a story that reflects the client’s brief, but bring it to life with colour, graphics and animation.

Ben’s enthusiasm for moving pictures is apparent in his attention to detail and storytelling ability across all platforms - from snackable pieces for social media, to short-form branded content and long-form documentaries, live broadcasts and streaming.

With experience working across the fashion, government and technology sectors, Ben’s expansive skill set makes him the ideal creative to provide direction across any and every project.
