
Delivering an impactful brand launch across three global cities
Renowned review platform, Trustpilot, sought the support of Sledge to communicate its new brand proposition to employees. This saw our team develop, design, and produce a global event series across three of Trustpilot’s largest offices – Copenhagen, London and New York.
The events needed to engage, excite and inspire Trustpilot’s people, thank them for their role in the company’s growth, and celebrate its successes to date.
- Handled venue sourcing, which resulted in the selection of cinemas and small theatres that enabled leadership to deliver sessions in engaging ways, and immerse team members in the new brand.
- Curated and sourced all additional AV, and transported it between each venue – The Plant in Copenhagen, The Curzon in London and The Helen Mills Theatre in New York.
- Managed technical production, venue logistics, and all crew across the three events.
- Transformed the reception area of each venue through bespoke cube towers, which featured images of employees and past company events, as well as imagery from the new campaign, so as to generate excitement as team members entered the experience.
- Designed and produced office summer parties at all three locations, which were designed to further motivate and inspire employees once the launches had ended.
- Storyboarded a narrative that tied Trustpilot’s journey and new proposition together, and created three films for the event series. The first reflected on the company’s history and growth, the second showcased customers’ reactions to the new brand, and the final featured employee vox pops that were captured at each office location, which documented their responses to the new brand proposition.
- Designed a clean and engaging slide template that showcased the new brand, which enabled the Trustpilot leadership team to deliver their key messages with impact.
