Designing and producing Europe’s biggest tech festival with O2, for over 10,000 guests

To create Europe’s biggest tech festival in London and in doing so, excite and inspire a generation of young people to become digital makers, while showcasing new technology developments and pathways to digital careers.

  • Produced a five-day event at iconic London attraction, The O2.
  • Built eight stages in the main arena. 
  • Sourced over 100 speakers, including leading science and technology communicators who debated the biggest issues impacting our shared digital future.
  • Managed all sessions, which comprised 500+ hours of content.
  • The experience featured a 24-hour site complete with thousands of workstations, hard-wired Internet access, gaming zones and a digital skills market place where guests could speak directly with potential employers.
  • Attracted over 10,000 attendees each day.
  • 3,000 visitors travelled from Europe and all over the world, and camped in specially provided tents on site.
  • The official event hashtag #cpeurope trended globally on Twitter.
  • The event website received 250,000 visits.
