Celebrating and inspiring O2 employees through a compelling, experience-led three-day event

To reinvigorate an annual conference using the key narrative of 'Our Time is Now,' and explore new ways and experiences in which to share this content, including by showcasing internal talent.

  • Held at The O2, the event spanned the AMEX Lounge and Indigo spaces.
  • Over 3,000 colleagues from across the UK joined over three days.
  • Ideated, built and managed a bold stage design complete with a neon theme, which was designed to complement the venue's existing neon lighting, and featured a 10m LED screen.
  • Featured talent including TV personality Rylan Clark-Neal to support the transition between content sections, and keep the audience regenerated and engaged throughout each day. 
  • Developed content for each speaker segment to ensure it was presented in a unique and interesting way.
  • Created bespoke videos to complement the presenters, including personalised presenter and entertainment stings, short, quick videos interspersed with still imagery to back the activity on stage, and fun 'you’ve been framed' style highlights.
  • With the future of 5G being a core feature of the content programme, we worked with the client to communicate this through a bespoke theatrical performance. Here eight actors created several scenes alongside the presentation of the COO, bringing the possibilities of 5G technology to life.
