Producing a week long series of O2 events for 2,000+ attendees

To create a week-long series of events at iconic London venue, The O2, which would demonstrate the brand’s leadership in mobile technology and address key technological challenges facing UK businesses.

  • Full technical production of four individual events during one week for both internal and external audiences, all sitting under the one branded umbrella of 'O2 Live.'
  • Creative management to ensure each event was recognised with its own brand identity.
  • Implemented a strategic branding plan across various digital platforms in the venue.
  • Full content creation for the marketing team’s internal conference, including networking and VIP tours of the venue’s backstage areas.
  • AV support, speaker support and content management for Music Week, an engaging and informative experience for representatives from the music and technology industries.
  • Full event management for the Blue Door Conference consisting of plenary sessions, 30 interactive tech demonstrations, deep dive breakout sessions and VIP intimate gig for customers, employees and partners.
  • Full logistics and build management to accommodate each event’s requirements across multiple spaces.
    Produced and managed a world first interactive performance by rock band Rockaoke, showcasing how 5G technology can seamlessly stream the sound of one performance to layer with another from a different location.
